Delectable Steak and Seafood Skillet with Parmesan Cream Sauce

A luxurious fusion of land and sea with steak, shrimp, and scallops in a rich Parmesan cream sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ribeye steak, cut into strips
  • 1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup fresh scallops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Optional: 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • Optional: 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Pat steak strips dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add butter to the skillet, then sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and scallops; cook for 3-4 minutes until opaque.
  5. Return steak to the skillet and reduce heat to low.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and thickened.
  8. Stir in lemon juice; season with salt and pepper.
  9. Optional: Add mushrooms and tomatoes, cooking 2-3 more minutes.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

Let steak reach room temp for even cooking. Avoid overcrowding the pan. Don’t overcook seafood to maintain tenderness.
