Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix sliced peaches with lemon juice, 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and the remaining 1/2 cup sugar.
  4. Stir in melted butter, vanilla extract, and almond milk until batter is smooth.
