These no-bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Balls are the ultimate healthy snack—quick, satisfying, and customizable. Perfect for pre/post workout, lunchboxes, or anytime energy boosts.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix rolled oats, peanut butter, and honey (or maple syrup) until well combined.
  2. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  3. Use a cookie scoop or hands to roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  4. Place on a baking sheet and chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes until firm.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.

Notes

Customize by adding chia seeds, flaxseeds, protein powder, or swapping nut butters. If the mixture is too dry, add more nut butter or a splash of plant milk. Too wet? Add more oats or flaxseed.
