Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and tools, including a large mixing bowl, a wooden spoon, and a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. In the bowl, combine almond butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and peppermint extract. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add protein powder, cocoa powder, and sea salt. Mix until uniform.
  4. Fold in rolled oats and chocolate chips.
  5. Stir in any optional add-ins like chopped nuts, chia seeds, or flaxseed meal.
  6. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands or a cookie scoop. Place on baking sheet.

Notes
