Ingredients

– 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced

– 1/4 cucumber, thinly sliced

– 5–6 fresh mint leaves

– 4 cups filtered water

– Optional: ice cubes, pink Himalayan salt

Instructions

1. Add lemon, cucumber, and mint to a pitcher.

2. Press mint with spoon to release oils.

3. Pour in filtered water. Stir.

4. Chill 2–4 hours. Serve cold.
