Instructions

  1. Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for easy blending.
  2. Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop flesh into a food processor.
  3. Add cacao powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, almond milk, and sea salt to the processor.
  4. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness with more maple syrup if desired.
  6. If using, stir in chia seeds for extra texture and omega-3s.
  7. Transfer mousse into serving bowls or glasses.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors.
