  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • Optional: 1/4 cup dried cranberries or raisins
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and kitchen tools.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix almond flour, whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a dough forms.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and any optional add-ins.
  6. For raw dough: Enjoy immediately.
  7. For baked cookies: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  8. Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto the sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  9. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  10. Cool on a wire rack before serving.

Notes
