Blueberry Lavender Infused Water

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries (slightly crushed)
  • 1 tsp dried culinary lavender (food-grade only)
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • 2–3 lemon slices (optional, for brightness)  
  • Ice cubes (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Add blueberries and dried lavender to a mason jar or pitcher.

  2. Gently muddle the blueberries to release flavor and color.

  3. Pour in filtered water and stir gently.

  4. Add lemon slices if desired.

  5. Chill in the fridge for 2–4 hours (or overnight for stronger flavor).

  6. Strain before serving if you prefer a clear water.

  7. Serve over ice for an ultra-refreshing experience.

Notes

  • Use culinary lavender only—avoid decorative or ornamental types.

  • Try swapping blueberries for blackberries or raspberries for variation.

  • Make a cold brew version by steeping a sachet of dried lavender overnight.
