Tasty card layout of apple cinnamon infused water ingredients and jar

A cozy, metabolism-friendly drink infused with fall flavors. Naturally sweet, lightly spiced, and perfect for mornings or midday resets.

Ingredients

  • 1 small apple, thinly sliced (organic preferred, skin on)

  • 1 cinnamon stick (avoid ground cinnamon for clarity)

  • 4 cups filtered water (cold or room temperature)

  • Lemon slice (optional, for tang and vitamin C)

  • Ice cubes (optional, for a refreshing finish)

Instructions

  1. Add thin apple slices and 1 cinnamon stick to a large mason jar or pitcher.

  2. Pour in 4 cups of filtered water.

  3. Stir gently to begin the infusion.

  4. Chill in the fridge for 2–4 hours, or overnight for deeper flavor.

  5. Remove cinnamon stick if desired for a milder taste.

  6. Add lemon or ice before serving for extra brightness or refreshment.

  7. For a warm version, steep in hot water for 10 minutes and cool before drinking.

Notes

  • Use Ceylon cinnamon for regular use (lower coumarin content).

  • Swap lemon for orange slices for a sweeter twist.

  • Add pear or ginger for added digestive and anti-inflammatory support.

  • Sparkling water makes it festive for gatherings!
